Gas safety certificates, or a CP12, are essential to your properties’ compliance with health and safety standards so, as landlords, you require annual gas safety checks for your residential properties. They must be presented to your tenants within 28 days of the completion of the checks, and to new tenants before they move in. How We conduct landlord gas safety certificates

Our responsive team will conduct gas safety checks for your residential properties, including gas appliances’ pressures, working order, and air supplies. We will also check flues and chimneys to ensure they are not blocked so any fumes can be safely discharged from the property. Safety devices will be checked, and should all be in order we will provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate. We’ll then schedule your next gas safety check for 12 months’ time.

If there are any gas safety issues that we need to highlight to you, we will advise you on the necessary repairs and replacements. If the repairs can’t be carried out within our visit, it is you as the landlord’s responsibility to see that they are completed and that the appliances are out of us until doing so.
